Return conditions

Thank you for shopping at Wide Vape - Premium disposable e-cigarettes from Germany.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but if for any reason you need to make a return, you can find the detailed return policy here:

1. return period

We accept returns within 14 days after receipt of your orderPlease note that for reasons of hygiene and safety, we cannot take back any opened or used products.

2. return conditions

To initiate a return, please contact us by e-mail at [email protected] with the following information:

• Order number
• Product designation
• Reason for return

The return shipment is at your expense, unless the product is defective or damaged, in which case we will bear the return shipping costs.

3. refund

After receiving and checking the return, we will refund the purchase amount within 7 working days to the original payment method, less any return postage costs (if applicable).

4. damaged or defective products

If you have received a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately so that we can find a solution. We will offer either a replacement or a full refund, in which case we will of course cover the return shipping costs.

5. cancellation of orders

As our products are intended for bulk orders and bulk purchases, please check your order before you finalise it. Cancellation of the order is only possible as long as the order has not yet been dispatched. Once the goods have been dispatched, the above return conditions apply.

6. return of goods

Please pack returned products securely to avoid damage during transit and we recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the return reaches us.
